The price for each product available on the online store www.nisidressroom.gr is the retail

selling price of the product. The price charged to the customer is the current price during the

order. Any changes regarding the price which will occur in the future do not affect the

product’s price charged to the customer.

All products, prices and delivery terms correspond to those listed in the Order Confirmation.

Although we make every effort, a small number of our products may have been incorrectly

priced. In case of a billing error we will take the following actions : if the correct product

price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you with the lower price and then we will

ship the product. If the correct product price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our

discretion, either contact you before shipping the product or cancel your order and notify

you of the cancellation.

Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made with one of the

following payment methods.

A . By Credit/Debit Card:

Every purchase from the www.nisidressroom.gr website is made at the buyer's option with

the possibility of payment with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

The transactions are carried out securely electronically, in real time, between the Buyer and

the card owner with the EUROBANK Bank, which processes the transaction on behalf of

www.nisidressroom.gr.

In this process, www.nisidressroom.gr has no participation and your sensitive credit/debit

card information is not stored in its system.

In case the buyer carrying out the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the

Credit Card, www.nisidressroom.gr bears no responsibility and has no obligation to refund

money.

B. Cash on delivery (only within Greece):

You can pay the courier server by delivering the products to your place. For shipments with

cash on delivery the fee is 3 euros (including VAT) with delivery within 3 working days.

C. By deposit to a Bank account:

In this case, your order will be sent after you send us the registered deposit by fax to

2682047804, in which the order number must be mentioned as a reason (the delivery time
