Delivery - Ownership - Risk

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and within the

countries of the European Union. The products will be sent to the place you indicated in the

Order Form by courier. The shipment will be made through the Hellenic Post Office for some

areas where it is not possible through the courier service. In areas where it is not possible to

send your order through the courier service, the shipping time is that provided by the

Hellenic Post Office. Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and

holidays.

The shipping cost is €4.00 (including VAT) for each order with a net value of up to €60.00,

while for orders with a net value over €60.00 there is no shipping charge. These charges

concern areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as difficult to

reach. For areas outside the service network (courier), hard to reach, shipping costs will vary.

You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of

the cost of transport after the Order Confirmation in writing and within a period of

approximately 24 hours.

The delivery time stated in the Order Confirmation is approximate. www.nisidressroom.gr

will make every effort to send you the products at the latest within 3 business days (Monday

to Friday) from the day after the day on which the order was sent and confirmed as

mentioned above. Ownership of the Product is transferred upon full payment and risk is

transferred upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to circumstances that

cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension

of time for execution. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war,

supplier/transportation/production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or

legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this

Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.


10. Cancellation of Order

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

A. Before completing the order, during the online order process you can remove the product

quantities from your shopping cart by clicking on the delete button. At the same time, you

can change the quantity of the selected products to zero.

B. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been sent to your

location, you can call tel: 2682047804 and one of our associates will take care of canceling

your order.

C. After receiving the product, call us on tel. 2682047804 or contact us via email at

info@nisidressroom.gr explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order.
